Gulf Winds Credit Union and the University of West Florida’s Louis Maygarden Center for Financial Literacy are partnering to host a series of free financial workshops, open to the public. These workshops cover a broad range of financial topics and are presented quarterly by experienced industry professionals. The next workshop is November 13, from 12:30 to 1:30 pm at the University of West Florida’s Conference Center, in Pensacola. Daniel Arney, Member Advocate Expert at Gulf Winds Credit Union, will lead the workshop titled All About Credit, where he will be discussing the importance of a strong credit score and best practices for building credit.
