Join us Friday, April 24th at 6pm for a Pierogi Making Party! Add a new skill to your culinary knowledge by learning to make pierogi! Pierogi or pierogies are filled dumplings, made by wrapping unleavened dough around a filling, and occasionally flavored with a savory or sweet garnish. In this class you will learn how to make the dough, cut them out, fill the pierogis, and cook them. We will enjoy some during class and also take some home to enjoy later!
